返金ポリシー

キャンセルポリシー

お客様のご都合によるキャンセルにつきましては、以下のポリシーを適用いたします。

  • 予約時間の48時間前までのキャンセル：全額返金いたします。

  • 48時間以内のキャンセル：返金不可となります。

※無断キャンセルの場合は返金いたしかねます。

返金方法

キャンセルが承認された場合、10営業日以内に元のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。
銀行やクレジットカード会社の処理状況により、反映まで時間がかかる場合があります。

返金の確認が16営業日以上経っても反映されない場合は、

日程変更について

日程の変更は 空き状況に応じて対応可能 です。
変更をご希望の場合は、できるだけお早めにご連絡ください。

サービス提供不可の場合

以下のようなケースでは、こちらからキャンセルまたは日程変更をお願いする場合があります。

  • 天災、交通機関の大幅な乱れ、店舗の臨時休業など、不可抗力による場合

  • ガイド側のやむを得ない事情が発生した場合

この場合は 全額返金または代替日程のご提案 をいたします。

例外 / 返金不可となるケース

  • ガイドと待ち合わせ場所で合流できなかった場合

  • お客様側の遅刻によりサービスが提供できなかった場合

  • 連絡なしの無断キャンセル

などの場合は返金不可となります。

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made for personal reasons, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the reservation time: A full refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time: No refund will be issued.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for no-show without prior notice.

Refund Method

If your cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
If you wish to change your reservation date or time, please contact us as early as possible.

If We Are Unable to Provide the Service

We may request to cancel or reschedule your booking in the following situations:

  • Natural disasters, severe disruptions to public transportation, or temporary restaurant closures

  • Unavoidable circumstances on the guide’s side

In such cases, we will provide either a full refund or an alternative date.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued in the following situations:

  • Failure to meet the guide at the designated meeting spot

  • Service cannot be provided due to the customer’s late arrival

  • No-shows without any prior notification
